Joey and his mother, Mary, were two of 70+ horses rescued up near Hagerstown in December, 2006. Some of the horses that needed medical care were taken to Days End Farm Horse Rescue. Dr. Molesworth volunteered to take a pregnant mare. What she brought back to Fresh Meadows was a pregnant mare with a foal.
