The 47-acre farm, originally slated to sprout 30 houses, was put into agricultural preservation and purchased by Dr. Molesworth in October 1999. Construction began on the former soybean field in the spring of 2000 and was completed in September 2000. Fresh Meadows consists of a 10,000 sq. ft. all metal MD barn with 16 stalls, a veterinary office, and an apartment, which is the primary residence for Dr. Molesworth. 30 acres are fenced in to form 20 pastures, all with run-in sheds and Nelson automatic waterers. 13,000 feet of low maintenance, safe, Centaur fencing encloses all fields.

In 2004 a 72' X 140' indoor riding arena was built.

Linda C. Molesworth, V.M.D. graduated in 1988 from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine.
